The impact of organizational factors on strategic success in the Egyptian hotels

Abstract

This research aims to identifying the most important organizational factors in Egyptian hotels and measure their impact on achieving strategic success. The research is based on three approaches, which are the descriptive, analytical and interpretive approaches to achieve the objectives. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to employees in 28 five-star hotels in Sharm Elsheikh city. All questionnaires returned are 375 and the response rate is 75%. The results of data analytical by SPSS V25 showed that organizational factors had a positive effect on achieving strategic success. The research recommends hotels in Egypt should support top management efforts to achieve strategic success considering organizational factors (organizational structure, strategic leadership, information technology, organizational flexibility, organizational development, job integration).
