Abstract

Silence and organizational alienation are considered one of the psychological, behavioral and social factors that affect the performance of employees in institutions and organizations, in addition to their impact on the organizational citizenship behaviors of employees in hotel establishments and their organizational life. Therefore, the study aims to identify silence, organizational alienation, job satisfaction and their dimensions and their impact on organizational citizenship behaviors among hotel workers and on the performance of those hotels.
