Healthy food is one of the mainstays in life for the health of every living creature. Food safety is of great importance in hotels and resorts because it plays a role in increasing sales and ensuring health which can be achieved by improving the performance of employees and following the rules and procedures during the stages of the food cycle in resorts. The current research aims to study the role of healthy foods in enhancing guest satisfaction in resorts. The responses of both guests and employees were surveyed. A random sample was used as a means of measurement، where the sample size was 236 for employees، while the guests' sample size was 362. The results indicated a significant relationship between the health of the food served and the customers' satisfaction.
