Studying the Effect of Decision-Making on Hotel Staff Performance

Abstract

The research aims to identify the extent of the application of decision-making steps and their impact on improving the performance of hotel workers, by knowing the answer to the research question (how much impact on improving the performance of employees), the decision-making was defined and clarified decision-making steps in addition to identify the performance Employees, personnel performance factors and factors that affect employee performance improvement. The questionnaire was distributed and compiled during the period of May, June and July of 2019 (121) questionnaire form valid for analysis from managers in hotels in Cairo. Some statistical measures were used (such as Ca-2 and arithmetic mean). The results showed that there is a relationship between the implementation of decision-making steps and improving the performance of employees.
