The impact of distributive justice on the creative behavior of workers in tourism companies

Abstract

Tourism companies have become operating in a fast-changing and highly competitive work environment in light of The large number of tourism companies, which makes their survival and continuity linked to the extent of their ability to face the business difficulties that must be performed for their customers, through the Specialized cadres who work inside. This study aimed to show the impact of distributive justice on the creative behavior of workers in tourism companies’ category. This study was based on the analysis of 400 survey forms out of 450 questionnaires distributed to a random sample of employees of tourism companies’ category "A" in Cairo and Alexandria. There is a statistical significance between the Justice of distribution and the creative behavior of workers in tourism companies.
