The Role of Human Talent Management in the Development of Employee Engagement Behaviors in Egyptian Hotel Workers: Applied Study on the Egyptian Five Star Hotels

Abstract

The research sheds light on the nature of the impact of talent management practices which includes six dimensions: talent planning, attracting talent, talent development, take advantage of the talent, talent retention and talent evaluation on the employee engagement behaviors in the Egyptian hotels in Sharm el-Sheikh. The study revealed that there is lack of complete satisfaction about hotel management practices towards talent. It was found that there is a significant impact of talent management practices on employment engagement behaviors. The study recommends hotel management to adopt a management philosophy that is concerned with human capital and to promote the use of talent and strengthen the chances of retaining them, enhancing the factors that lead to occupational absorption in accordance with contemporary trends in the work environment.
