The problem of research emerged from the many terrorist attacks and crimes that have been taken place in the period following the revolution of January 25, 2011, which had a negative significant impact on the tourism industry. Unavailability of security culture among the employees of the Egyptian airlines and lack of attention to security knowledge that helps them avoid such incidents was also remarkable. The aim of the research is to identify the concept of security culture, its objectives, characteristics, functions and importance for the employees of the Egyptian airlines. The study investigated the concept of security sense and its importance, the means of achieving security culture for the employees of the Egyptian airlines, as well as the reasons of achieving the security culture for the employees of the Egyptian airlines. And its role in achieving the security of the Egyptian airlines and how to develop the culture of security among the employees of the Egyptian airlines, the study gave some guidelines that should increase the security of the Egyptian airlines and develop the culture of security among the employees of the Egyptian airlines.
