The Impact of Talent Management in Improving the Organizational Reputation of the Egyptian tourism companies

Abstract

The study aimed to measure the impact of talent management on organizational reputation and its dimensions of creativity, service quality and social responsibility in Egyptian tourism companies. To achieve the aim of the study, data was collected by distributing a questionnaire to sample of managers at various administrative levels in the Egyptian tourism companies, category "A", in the governorates of Alexandria and Cairo. A total of 250 questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS v 20 program. The results of the study showed the significant and positive impact of talent management on organizational reputation in Egyptian tourism companies. The dimensions of talent management represented in attracting talent, developing talent, and retaining talent positively affect the dimensions of organizational reputation represented in creativity, quality of service, and social responsibility. The results that have been reached have important implications for both the research community and managers of tourism companies.
