The study dealt with the role of cloud computing in the development and quality of air cargo services for Egypt Air, and how to use cloud computing in the quality of air cargo services in the light of information technology and the extent of development of cloud computing, and providing a space for functional and administrative innovation, which develops the performance of employees And workers in air freight services, the research aims to identify the role of cloud computing in the development of air freight services. From forms, and it was concluded that cloud computing has an important and effective role in the quality and development of air freight services, thus improving customer opinions, reducing customer complaints, maintaining an advanced work environment and keeping pace with all changes.
