The latest AI advancements revolutionize travel and tourism, enhancing customer experiences, efficiency, and cost reduction. Techniques like automated customer service, chatbots, facial recognition, self-driving vehicles, and data analytics are employed. Despite benefits, concerns include job loss and technological unemployment. This study evaluates AI's application in tourism, focusing on advantages and disadvantages for employees in travel agencies and hotels, proposing solutions for Egyptian tourism. A descriptive-analytical approach was used, distributing a questionnaire to 357 employees. Findings reveal AI improves service quality but sparks employee concerns about job replacement. Recommendations aim to balance technology use with employee needs.
