Abstract

Digital technologies in the field of learning have led to many technological innovations whose employment in the learning process has become an urgent necessity, to be used to enhance the efficiency of the learning process, including electronic learning, which emerged in the mid-1990s and over time many universities and educational institutions were able to launch their educational and training programs electronically via the Internet. Electronic Cooperative Learning (ECL) has emerged, a pattern of learning based on social interaction among students as they work in groups to share learning goals through group activities through a coordinated effort and using various online communication services and tools. This research therefore seeks to achieve the role that e-cooperative learning plays in tourist and hotel higher education institutions in increasing students' achievement and confronting the problems and obstacles of traditional education and the role played by the faculty member in their acceptance of it. In addition to addressing the extent of interdependence between e-cooperative learning and traditional learning.
. The most important results of the study are that there is a correlation between traditional learning and e-cooperative learning. Each complements each other. Therefore, cooperative learning can be no alternative to traditional learning only in times of crisis that prevent the completion of learning in traditional ways. as well as an integrated proposal for a cooperative electronic mobile application. The most important recommendations were the need to create an effective learning environment that included cooperative social support that would stimulate learners and develop their confidence by sharing discussion among themselves and their ability to respond to each other and solve the various problems facing them. Adapt and build learning systems so that they can withstand future crises
