The impact of artificial intelligence in improving the performance level of human resource management by applying it to the hotel and tourism sector

Abstract

The current research aims to clarify and measure the impact of artificial intelligence in improving the level of performance of human resources management, by applying to the hotel and tourism sector due to the importance of these two dimensions, which are the main pillar in any productive organization in order to be able to provide services that satisfy the needs of the customer and satisfy his desires, so the research was adopted in its theoretical and field framework after artificial intelligence as a major variable Wii performance for human resource management as a dependent variable, and the development of a hypothetical scheme for research reflects the nature of the relationship of correlation and impact between artificial intelligence on the one hand and improving the level of performance of human resources management on the other hand, where the five-star hotels in Cairo, which number 29 hotel   in addition to a sample of "14" from tourism companies (class A), which numbered 1241. The current research is determined by the following: Experts in the human resources sector in the hotel and tourism sector in Cairo, with a sample of 14 five-star hotels, as well as 14 tourism companies from the companies in the same sample area and serving the same hotel sample. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach and used questionnaires to collect Preliminary data, has been analyzed and conducted statistical tests necessary in order to achieve the objectives of the study, as well as personal interviews with human resources managers in these organizations. It resulted in some of the main hypotheses that were tested using the statistical program (SPSS) through the data collected from the questionnaire form of managers of human resources management in tourism companies and the hotel sector, and the research found a positive moral correlation between artificial intelligence and the performance of human resources management.
