Abstract

Our contemporary world is witnessing a scientific development in managing strategic performance in general, by following a general strategy for reforming the administrative sectors at all levels, foremost of which is implementing the general strategy of companies, and achieving strategic goals in a manner that ensures efficiency and effectiveness of performance, through planning, control, and continuous improvement processes, as management The strategy is the result of developing strategic planning and performing performance management work in terms of formulating, implementing and evaluating the strategy plan, then monitoring actual performance processes and making the link between what is planned and in accordance with the strategic plans and what is Implemented on the ground and Balanced Scorecard represents a tool for strategic planning by comparing actual performance with planned performance, where each (Kaplan and Norton) presented a framework that strikes a balance between performance results analysis, causes analysis, or the engines that led to these results, Hence the balanced scorecard appears as a modern administrative method of strategic management methods as many concerned institutions resort to thinking using modern and innovative methods in performance management and trying to measure and evaluate and work on development, through the application of the four dimensions of the scorecard to work to achieve uh The organization and its strategies, therefore, the research aims to present a proposed model for the balanced scorecard in managing the strategic performance of Egypt Air. Personal interviews have been made for some of the directors, executives and managers of the company’s higher departments, and they are (90 forms). The proposed by running the statistical program SPSS.23 also used the Pearson correlation coefficient to test the hypotheses of the study, and the study concluded that there are deficiencies in the traditional methods of performance evaluation and management of Egypt Air, as it lacks the ability to Fair strategic benefit, after reviewing the annual reports related to Egypt Air for the four years from 2014 to 2017, and also after reviewing the company's classification globally through the Skytrax and Air Help site for the last five years, where the company was the subject of study.
