Abstract

This study aims to clarify the impact of the practices of the Green Human Resources Management in green employment, green training, and development, green performance, and energy saving on achieving the competitive advantage at Siewa Oasis hotels. This research aims at understanding the whole topic of Green Human Resources Management as it is one of the modern concepts that is used in human resources management. The sample of the research consists of all the hotel staff, a questionnaire has been designed to measure the study changes, SPSS program was used to analyze the results. The results were as the following: There is an influence of the Green Human Resources Management in an arithmetic average as (green employment 3.3 Green training and development 3.5). Green training and performance and energy savings were the most applied practices for the Green Human Resources Management. The study recommended supporting the practices of the Green Human Resources Management through the wide use of information technology by employing processes as they reduce the costs and keep the environment, specially laborers selecting, and by setting some competitions among the staff to encourage them on finding new styles of developed green ways of work and friendly for the environment.
