Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of procedural justice on the creative behavior of workers in the Egyptian tourism companies. That must be performed by its technical staff. This study aimed to show the impact of procedural justice on the creative behavior of workers in tourism companies category "A". There is a statistical significance between procedural justice and the creative behavior of workers in tourism companies
