The impact of the servant leadership on the level of organizational trust of the Egyptian travel agents' employees

Abstract

The study aimed to measure the impact of servant leadership on organizational trust with its dimensions (trust in the direct manager, trust in co-workers, and trust in the company's management). Using a questionnaire, data were collected from a random sample of employees working in Egyptian travel agents category A. A total of 467 questionnaires were distributed. Only 402 questionnaires were valid and analyzed through SPSS V.24. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between servant leadership and organizational trust with its three dimensions. The results of the study also highlighted that servant leadership positively affects the level of organizational trust Egyptian in travel agents.
