Abstract

Human resources are represented in the hotel and tourism sector workers of various categories ,levels and disciplines is a real pillar on which companies and departments to achieve their goals, understanding the source of thought and development are capable of running and employing the resources available to the tourist companies and hotels. So we find that modern management attaches a major role and relationship of the human resource production and productivity through research on the factors affecting the productivity and efficiency of working positively and negatively and was known and understood that the most important objectives of human resource management in hospitality and tourism sector pursued that staff productivity up to maximum efficiency, so these departments provide good employment and are eligible and make sure their training and various skills for Raising the competence and performance abilities and excite their desires and route the resulting behavior in the direction that achieves desired performance required. And incentive policy stimuli that encourages the individual to increase performance and excellence and its consent for work inside the company, the Policy incentives awaken enthusiasm and motivation.
